here you go, this should help

I have been using the 2.13 radio on my Alltel 6800... replacing the 1.40 radio I was currently using. I have not experienced any substanial changes in reception and quality to date. However the final test will come when I travel to Charleston and I normally get roaming on EV (Alltel booboo).
I have had constant EV service and no 1X. HOWEVER... I CAN make a phone call AND browse online at the SAME time whereas I could NOT before. This definitely makes the 2.13 worth flashing... |

steps is right...
Apparently I tried some more surfing on my browser until I hit the "Cannot connect...end call first..." warning. It seems my PIE cache allowed me to browse some pages before it really needed to connect in which it denied me... Sorry everyone. I thought we really had something here. |

The links to the 1.40 & 1.47 radio's I have found on here and xda are .exe files and simple to install. This radio is a .nbh file, how would I install it?

Copy the .nbh file into the RUU directory and make sure that there is one and only one .nbh file in the directory with the ROMUpdateUtility, this is typically the RUU directory when you install or unpack the Kitchen. DCD keeps his thread at XDA-Developers updated with versions of his Kitchen. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=353280 Make sure you are comfortable with the concepts of using the update utility and heed the warnings.
