LOL. I installed it and it really didnt seem to do anything. Well thats not true it seemed like my battery was draining quicker than ususal but that may or may not have had anything to do with it.

Raises hand...

"Yes, it was I."

Makes it a lot easier to get those government clearances when you're an old fart, though...

Guy by the lie detector: "Have you ever used Marijuana"

Me: "Actually, it turns out, No."

Guy: looks down, nods, checks sheet - "Wow, we don't see that much these days..."

Re: Overclocking the Mogul/Titan 6800

I'd also benchmarked that utility on the 6700 using emulated games and TCPMP for movies. The program did nothing.

The snappiness in opening programs definitely appears to be there . . . but it only seems comparable to the burst you get when pumping up your phone's glyphcache in the registry settings.

The program definitely doesn't overclock in the traditional sense.

Re: Overclocking the Mogul/Titan 6800

I have tried overclocking and my 6800 and didn't like the results, so I took my old Core 2 Duo e6400 (overclocked to 3.8ghz with water cooling) and stuck it in the mogul with 2 GB of Corsair 1066mhz RAM... This phone is sweet now!!!

If you've got bad battery life, you've either got the screen brightness way too high, a bad battery, or something else.

I get twice the battery life out of my 6800 than I got out of my 6700 and that was with my 6700 set on the lowest possible brightness. This device has the best battery life I've ever seen in a PDA.
