What is the name of the app to change HTC Today screen to 3-6 buttons in the Today options?

icewindh, that is just the 2.x version of the HTC Home Plugin. 1.x versions didn't have that configuration screen.

I can't wait any longer for the rev A vaporware update. I'm going to use this ROM as soon as the next version gets here.

Has anyone figured out how to uninstall some of the built-in apps?

I am trying to add an incoming com port, but it doesn't seem to give me that option. (Its Grey'ed Out). Is this disabled for some reason in this ROM or am I missing something?

quick question ... on this new ROM, when I try to setup a hotmail account with outlook it no longer will automatically setup with Windows Live. It instead pushes you to use PIE and goto mobile.msn.com.

Is Windows Live not in this ROM?
