I think the ROM is great but if it wont detect my blue tooth device I'll have to trash it. Could there be a setting holding me up somewhere? One other thing. When inserting a contact I automatically get area code 309. Is there any way to change that? Thanks a bunch for all the help. Looks good.

Just have to post and give you my props JD. This is my first ROM upgrade and I am really happy about it.

Ok have you tried the btquicklink thats all I use and it picks up everything like my laptop headpiece or whatever

this is my first rom on my 6800, came from 6700. i like it, but pic mail doesn't seem to work. is there a custom setting i need to change?

also, Advanced Configuration crashes everytime i run it

Which rom are you using I have a beta that I put up last night as far as pic mail it is set for Sprint .... what error is it giving you....

I tried that. All I get is "No visible Bluetooth device in range". I've tried "settings", "connections", "add new device" and it searches but comes up "no devices found". I set the bluetooth right next to the phone so its not out of range. I was using this bluetooth prior to installing the ROM.

i'm using the rom from the first post of this thread, as of about an hour ago. pic mail is working now to send, but can't view properly, like all the issues that were going on with the 6700 until recently. takes you to sprints webpage, but thinks your on PC and not the phone, can't click the buttons

the error for advanced configuration is
An unexpected error has occurred in advancedconfig.exe

i notice as it's loading, it crashes when it loads phone settings

Once again great ROM! Questions so far....

1. For some reason on two occasions of receiving an incoming call the phone locks up and continues to ring and vibrate non stop. The only way to stop it is to reset the phone. It won't answer either?

2. Picture mail works great when sending. How can I get it to receive in the Pic/Video section instead of text message? Also when I click on the link to open IE to view the picture in the text message secion the picture is very small and I don't have any link to make it bigger.

Plantronics 640e. Not a bad bluetooth. Doesn't have great range. Maybe 20 feet before it would break up. I use it mainly in the car so that didn't matter.
