Need Help Tweaking WM 6.5 Build 28014

I have WM 6.5 build 28014 on my Sprint Titan and have no issues. However, I want to remove the Toolbar/plugin that is on top of the today screen. To be specific the toolbar/plugin has the magnifier, connectivity status, volume, and date/time. Second how do you put the start button on top the the today screen instead of being on the bottom. Thanks tweaking

You cannot do what you are wanting with that build number.
That is the characteristic of that build number.
That build number is considered a 6.5.x build.
If you would like to do what you are talking about then a flash to a 6.5 build is neccesary. (6.5 build is considered com2)
