So after this new update and not reading before I installed, I recently bricked my rooted Epic. Just got the new one, and I went and installed the Ei22 (Gingerbread Update). Did some looking around and found step by step instructions on how to root the new Ei22 Gingerbread update. I completed the process last night without any problems. I am not sure if this is posted anywhere else, I looked and didn't find it anywhere. You will need to register to view files and video, or someone can switch it all over to PPCGeeks.
