Reflash the theme as it originally came and you should be ok.

Re opened the theme with 7zip edited the bin.png files u stated I needed to fix with the way I wanted them too look deleted everything else but the launcher apk closed it back up and installed it through cwm working great no fc's and looking the way I wanted it too. Thanks for ur help Hit ur thank button tomorrow as I'm mobile right now
