Netflix App working??
Found this info and changed my build.prop using sgs tools.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...6&postcount=65 ro.product.model=HTC Vision ro.product.brand=tmobile ro.product.name=vision ro.product.device=vision ro.product.board=vision ro.product.manufacturer=HTC ro.build.fingerprint=tmobile/htc_vision/vision/vision:2.2/FRF91/277427:user/release-keys It now loads up a video and I can hear sound but the picture is black and after a few seconds my phone vibrates once, then 3 more times, and goes back to the main Netflix screen. Anyone get it working fully? Last edited by gullzway; 05-13-2011 at 03:08 PM. |

Re: Netflix App working??
I have it working on the epic 4G. Got it working on my friend's Epic as well. Here's how.
ro.product.model=Nexus S ro.product.brand=sprint ro.product.name=Nexus S ro.product.device=Nexus S ro.product.board=SPH-D700 ro.product.manufacturer=samsung After you change the build.prop file, reboot the phone and you should be able to locate the app in the market place. If not, you can use an apk. If using an apk file, it will ask to update and will take you to it. So far had no problems. |

What gullzway was asking is if the prop edit that the user that got it working on the two phones will work on Gingerbread and Froyo.. Usually you do not have to edit anything for netflix to work on Gingerbread.. So will the edit work on Froyo? |

Hey, it's here NOW for EC05 Epics. Go to Market and dl the latest version.
I just read about in a Gizmodo story. Went and got it. And it works just like it did when I had the faulty EF02 leak. In fact, it picked up the last movie I was watching exactly where I left off weeks ago. Just when MegaViewer Pro crapped out, we've got movies again. Legit ones! |
