Standalone .zip for MIUI Notification Shade?

The notification shade on the MIUI rom is so functional it's ridiculous. I would love to have all of those functions on my current rom (Midnight).

Anyone know how to port that?

Not to say it's impossible but there are so many dependencies that would make porting extremely difficult.
