bricked the unbrickable?

so i rooted, no problem. went to flash, problem. was watching a video and couldn't tell, once in clockworkmod recovery, what to push. did what i though was right and came to the screen where it says samsung/www.samsungmobile.com. phone has stayed there ever since. when i get to cwm recovery i don't know what to go to. i've tried several different things. one problem might be when i put the rom on my sd card it was already unzipped. i'm thinking when i tell it to unzip there is nothing to unzip. i can go to the rom. click on it and there are the files - data, etc, kernel_update, META-INF, sdcard, system, & tools. i've tried them all. please help.

Re: bricked the unbrickable?

You can pop your sd card out and use a card reader with your pc to add the "Zipped" rom. You have to flash the rom as a zip. Good luck.
