Well supposedly the announcement on 2/7/11 is known by ppl but is under NDA..so it is POSSIBLE..that he broke it :/ (or someone he knows did)..not saying this is the case though..

Yeah,
I got bitten once with the "Officially Unofficial" DK28 update that came out back in December. That one made me pull the plug and buy this phone. I figured that the officially official version would be coming out soon and bought the phone banking on that. I feel dumb, but not dumb enough to believe in this until the update is downloaded, installed and running. nnb
