PC doesn't recognize my Epic

I had this problem in October, half the time when I'd plug the phone into my PC, I'd get an "Unrecognized Hardware" error on my USB bus. Thought that by now Samsung would have fixed the drivers? I'm running 64bit Windows 7. Now I cant get the machine to recognize the phone at all? Using the USB ports on the back of the case (which was suggested last time)doesn't help either?

Anyone else have this problem?

Try restarting the pc and phone..that helps some people.

oh man, I've tried that already...you mean nobody has this problem? Well my guess is it'll go away when Froyo hits...I hope?

lemme guess a w7 pc? are all the samsung drivers on pc? switching pc ports also helped me.

Yea, that was it. For some reason it just didn't like the USB port on the back, which is weird because all the advise I've gotten has those as the one with the best chances of working?

Anyway, I'm up and running thanks for your help though!

lol, i had same deal and saw it like 5 times now with other users.

What is up with the phone demanding Just certain USB ports? Is this too bizarre or what?
