Lightbulb having trouble with getting back to stock rom after 2.2

i installed a leaked version of froyo to my epic thats a little buggy, wanting to go back to the shipped eclair but having troubles doing so... can someone help me with what i should do

Are you rooted? I ask because this will break root and you'll have to do it again. There are other resources out there to go back to a stock Eclair ROM and not lose root.

Copy the Odin executable file you your hard drive. Download and install the usb drivers (only 3 of the 4 drivers need to install for this to work). Launch Odin. Boot your phone into download mode (pull the battery, plug in the usb cable, open the keyboard and hold down the "1" and press the power button). Then follow the instructions on the link I sent you to flash the stock ROM with Odin.

leave it there and root then flash custom froyo (dk2) and be done, dk28 is almost perfect now. thats a "8" where smiley is, hat when that happens.

Yeah, Darren's right about that. If you're not rooted then you are using the stock Sprint release of DK28 and its full of bugs. The cooked ROMs are awesome. I suggest the midNIGHT ROM. Just click on the banner below.......
