after froyo... my phone is flipping the f out

It seemed to work fine for a few days...

The home screen almost always freezes when I load it up. Freezes meaning there is nothing there but a blank screen an it takes about 30 minutes for it to start up.

Almost every application shows the menubar, but then takes up to 2 minutes to load the contents of the app. Especially in messaging app.

The pin log in screen (pushed as a policy for exchange) keeps flipping to the emergency dial screen when I type the pin in.

Anyone else having issues lagging like that?
