task killers aren't recommended anymore. cpu and battery are constantly in use opening and closing apps. just let android manage memory. |

I concur, android doesn't manage memory like windows. Look for a task manager that view CPU cycles. Those CPU hogging programs are the ones that you have to worry about.

Problem with not using a task manager is it starts closing things I want to have stay open in the background. Like running Navigator and Pandora at the same time. If I toggle back and forth, sometimes it will close NAV because memory gets low
