low ram?

I average about 55-60 megs of ram when i use advanced task killer. What do you guys have that set too? How often and how aggressive? One thing i noticed that i have apps that are constantly coming back even after the app is killed. I guess it must be the widgets turning them on.

Thanks,
Sid

task killers aren't recommended anymore. cpu and battery are constantly in use opening and closing apps. just let android manage memory.

I concur, android doesn't manage memory like windows. Look for a task manager that view CPU cycles. Those CPU hogging programs are the ones that you have to worry about.

Re: low ram?

Problem with not using a task manager is it starts closing things I want to have stay open in the background. Like running Navigator and Pandora at the same time. If I toggle back and forth, sometimes it will close NAV because memory gets low
