New text sending problem with 2.2

I'm having a problem ever since upgrading to Froyo. The text messages will stay at "Sending" status indefinitely, and won't send until I reboot. After that it'll send a few texts but a half hour to an hour later it'll stop sending them again. When I reboot, it sends them right away, marks them as sent at the original timestamp (when I first started sending them) but the recipient won't get them until they get sent (post reboot).

Is there a way to get at least text messages working right on this holy grail of OSs?





Better yet, is there a winmo 6.5 rom for this thing?

Eh? You mean reset to factory defaults or just under manage applications/all/Messaging ?

Did the latter, we'll see if it has any effect... thx for the tip
