Then you are not booting into clockworkmod recovery..if you installed clockworkmod..shut off your phone and then turn it back on while holding vol down + Camera + Power during the entire boot until it reaches the recovery..if the text is not green and does not say "Clockwork Recovery" in there then it most likely was not installed...

Also if you installed Clockwork prior to updating to DI18, then clcokwork needs to be reinstalled.

Rooting and clockwork are seperate...just Rom Manager requires root I think..but overall Clockworkmod is seperate...did you run the One Click Clockworkmod and it said it installed successfully or did you install clockworkmod from rom manager?

If you installed clockworkmod from 1 click, did you do it before the update to DI18(latest update) or after?

Try re-downloaidng it and installing it again I guess (The one click clockworkmod)..and make sure when you boot up to hold the 3 keys during the entire time till it hits the recovery screen.

You do not need to uninstall you can flash over it, but if you wish to uninstall then you just flash stock kernel.

Re: HELP flashing roms

You are using the drivers and the clockworkmod from here?

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/sprint-epi...nal-fixed.html

Also, have you tried both the "run-try-first.bat" and the "run-try-last.bat" and have you tried using a different usb port?
