USB Mounting Not Working

OK I am going to go crazy.... I have installed the offical 1.3.8 USB drivers from samsung but everytime I connect my epic with the stock USB cable, it says unidentified device and it can't find a driver. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling the drivers, nothing works. Any ideas? I run win 7 64 bit.

No it's custom built. I got it to work after unplugging like 15 times. I will try it with a diff port tommorow.
