I can strongly recommend the new M3 convertible...it will blow the doors off the 328.

Re: Former TP2 users thoughts on the Epic

lets be honest, I'm more of a luxury person than a speed, but I'm lovin that Lexus ISF

anyhow- Epic's keyboard is a bit funny, very clicky and I do have that problem where some keys don't go though. I guess it's a matter of adjusting to it

Re: Former TP2 users thoughts on the Epic

Well I have an appointment at the Sprint store for 10am and will be getting the Epic. My only apprehension is the battery life, but I also hate getting used to a new keyboard. I almost never look at the keys of the screen while I am typing on the TP2 which makes things faster.

As for speed, or comfort it is not really either. It is the exitement of knowing I would go to jail or prison for traveling 330kph in the United States but it is perfectly legal on the autobahn. Admittingly thought it really does suck when you hit the border to the country you live in and have to slow down to 130kph which is still better than in the United States. 105kph here, WTF? I hope the Epic will disregard any speed limits I had been limited to with the TP2

What is this "kph" thing you speak of? Is this some new technology from Europe that desperately wants to take hold in the USA but fails to convince the population of the need for change?

Re: Former TP2 users thoughts on the Epic

Maybe I'm wierd, but going from the TP to the TP2 and finally to the Epic, I don't at all miss the TP2's keyboard.

But the Epic's keyboard with its straight rows and squarish keys makes me more nostalgic for the original TP's keyboard! Either way, I really enjoy Epic's keyboard and overall device responsiveness. This phone is a pure joy to use and I can't imagine how I put up with the Touch Pro's for so long.

The only thing I miss about the TP2 is the nice tilting display.

Same as MPH, 1.6kph to each MPH. LOL I don't mind metric for measurements in distance and such, but it just isn't the same for temperatures. As far as weight measurements, it is alright. Only the pot dealers are holding out on that one.

Personally I never used the Tilt feature when typing on the keyboard on TP2..the concept was good but unfortunately it made pressing the number keys harder ..so best use I found for the Tilt feature is let unsuspecting friends hold my phone then tilt the screen and tell them "Look what you did you broke it" lol

Yes in America we all must have our own way..we even call football soccer and rugby football...not to mention we call us and our country America even though there are quite a bunch of other countries in the "Americas" aka in South America and North America...
