I'm also noticing some issues with a2dp streaming on the epic. sometimes it does and others no sound. the strange thing is that the connection is stronger and better range.

Have you seen this since the DI18 update? Either I just haven't run into it since or the problem is solved. |

Re: Epic bluetooth not working as expected
The bluetooth is HORRIBLE on this phone. It reminds me of my Treo 650 (several years old). Sometimes it connects, sometimes not. Sometimes it says it's connected and it really isn't. Sometimes it just drops the connection either in the middle of streaming audio or a phone call. Just an AWFUL implementation of bluetooth on this phone. They should be ashamed. However, I really like the rest of the phone, so I'm hoping that they will be able to fix this and the absence of the TV out feature.

Re: Epic bluetooth not working as expected
my phone actually updated this morning, probably before i made that post. either way, i noticed some difference, mainly that it connects easier. i still noticed some issues, but will pay more attention tomorrow. the one thing that was noticeable was that i couldnt use the voice search or voice type options all the time with the bluetooth connected. when it was on it was great and i could voice text, voice search, and more right from my headset. but then 15 mins later it seemed that it stopped. it could be my settings on UJD as well, but will see for sure.
