Wifi Thetering speed

I able wifi tethering (rooted) and i just wanted to know if my speed are normal, or decent compares to you guys speed.

Download: 300-700kbps and Upload:5-10kbps

In my speed surfing is pretty good. a little slow loading video on youtube , but i think is fair enough. what do you guys think?
