Are you running stock rom or custom rom?

Ok then try clearing /data/dalvik-cache (not through clockwork)

Re: Wifi Tether in Infrastructure (Access Point) on Samsung Epic
Okay, then I assume you mean to do so with Titanium. I saw something in there which said dalvik cleanup...I need to get the donate version first...one in market will not do the cleanup...I'll report back in a minute.

You can clean it up manually through adb or a file manager with root access as well...

Re: Wifi Tether in Infrastructure (Access Point) on Samsung Epic
I used the one click root to root, which by all indication looks like it was successful...but when I go to a file manager, my data folder is empty. Does this mean I'm not rooted?

Re: Wifi Tether in Infrastructure (Access Point) on Samsung Epic
without root you would not be able to use titanium

Re: Wifi Tether in Infrastructure (Access Point) on Samsung Epic
I am trying to perform these two commands:
rm /system/app/MobileAP.odex rm /system/framework/libmobileap.odex I get an error in adb which says that the files are read-only. How can I remove them? |
