Synching Epic and Outlook, Hotspot,

Thanks. I use Outlook on my laptop which is also my office computer and it is connected for e-mail through our exchange server. It sounds like the Epic is just what I am looking for. I have to go on a trip tomorrow, but will get an Epic next week. Thanks
