Re: Things to do in Epic..
I'm in the same boat... just got mine on 8/31 so i have little experience. I'm forcing myself to go slow with any major stuff. For example I think a task killer may not be the best option. I put the program monitor widget on the main home screen. It's under Samsung Widgets. It keeps track of open programs (or really applications). You can click on it for a detail report of running programs.
Another neat trick is to hold the home key down for a few seconds and a window with the last 6 programs run is displayed. You'll also see a task manager button on that too. For now I close all my programs by using the back key. Maybe later I will need something like ATK to provide even greater control. hth, tsp |

Wirelessly posted (Samsung Epic : Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1-update1; en-us; SPH-D700 Build/ECLAIR) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17)
I find mixed feelings about that ... for now ill hold off on dl & running atk

Re: Things to do in Epic..
get beautiful widgets off the market ( i think it's like $1.99 on the market) but for me, it's must on the epic. it adds a home clock similar to htc sense, and you can toggle on and off certain things like brightness, wifi, gps, etc....
