Holy shit....well this has been a near week long effort but I finally got this mother rooted. I did the "path" trick here on my work computer and it finally took!!!

So either running it directly in cmd prompt from the dir or changing the ENV path variable makes it work. The 2nd issue is caused by drivers not fully loaded once you plug in the device or debug mode not enabled. |
