Qbking77 really helped to speed this up by setting up the app folder and changing out all the icons. He also tested with me step by step, and jumped it with making some xml edits while I was at work. Also helping me get through some complete brain farts I had while working on this, and many other things

Instructions:
Copy to your sdcard, boot into recovery, wipe dalvik cache, flash theme

IMPORTANT:
DO NOT CHANGE OR MESS WITH THE ANDROID.POLICY.JAR FILE
Leave it there and let it flash or you might be flashing your rom unexpectedly.
(This is true for all themes with the lockscreen mod added)
