thx i was just thinking of going home and trying the rom but the kernel just might help because i love this aa i3 rom but heard a different kernel just might do the truick.

I dunno about the edit, there should be a edit button next to the quote button at the bottom of the post? If not I dunno thx again!

Good thing I read this kernel won't work with ext4... Maybe I'll just try the ef02plus rom.

OP says EXT4 in the thread description and makes multiple mentions of it in the first couple of posts.

ok, first off LOVE this ROM! second, maybe it's me but the battery life sucks! I am off the charger less than 10hours and it's down to 15%. suggestions? third... maybe I'm still asleep but could you clarify the quoted text? gps is iffy depending on what modem you are using.. have you tried running FasterFix first then GPS? Try putting in the command again in Terminal Emulator, then run FasterFix, then GPS..

Also I've heard the EE03 gps fix by ACS works but I haven't tested it..

I've done all that including a reboot. I'll try the fix you posted. hopefully it works! I need my GPS!

no dice. still get 'searching for GPS' when I run navigation. Modem is ec05 I think

hmm this leaves only a few options..

1. ODIN EE03 modem and see if that helps.
2. Download GPS Status, and lock a signal
3. Try Bonsai GB B13
