Current Releases: midNIGHT ROM EE03 v6.0 Beta 1 (Public).zip (149.77 MB) RFS ONLY (Beta reflects a leaked build and not a final release) I WILL POST FULL CREDITS VERY SOON..I PROMISE Change Log: Actually a pretty stable ROM EE03 Gingerbread (leaked) HUGE THANKS TO k0nane Sprint and TW stripped out 1% battery mod (Gingerbread battery icon) CRT/Over Scan Animations Call Log fix Carrier IQ removed “Pure Google” 4G icons from the Nexus s 4G Fixed erroneous Sdcard icons in mediaprovider.apk added the following apps: Netflix Titanium Backup Launcher Pro (replaced the stock launcher) AOSP Themed icons Injected with Autism Awareness Clock package from Nexus S Default ringtone to OldPhone Contains the standard Edition midNIGHT ROM apps Installation Instructions: The below links are Thanks to k0nane as well. PLEASE remember to Thank his posts for everything he does for ALL of us. Note: This is NOT tweaked and will NOT auto backup and restore. You have been warned (queue ominous music) 1) You MUST ODIN to EC05 FIRST 2) You will then need to ODIN the EE03 Modem 3) Then OneClickRoot CW3.0.2.5 4) Boot into clockwork and wipe EVERYTHING x3 5) Flash the ROM FULL CREDITS COMING SOON |

I actually came up with a better way to deal with SMS so that I don't have 36K of them on my phone any more.
1) I use https://market.android.com/details?i...SBackupRestore to back up nightly in xml to the sd card. 2) I use a perl scribe to combine all the xml files to a new, larger file with no dups 3) https://market.android.com/details?i...oggles.smssync I use that to back up my SMS/MMS/call logs to my gmail So now, whenever I reflash, I keep my SMS low. It's actually at 3-4K right now. |
