If your phone is coming on, something must be running a wake lock..maybe some app? you can run a logcat and find out?

Also if your on default Twilight Kernel, I would suggest going Genocide kernel...fixes a bunch of issues.

im sure its me but i cant find a way to turn off the phone wiht this rom. i hold the 2 buttons like always but no menu comes up.

SRF 1.1.1 is out....that issue is from a theme or something btw...I forget exactly what it was...but i remember it happening to a few people after flashing the taskbar or a theme...just cant remember exactly what it was...

im still on the previous rom, i tried wireless tether for the first time and my phone just shut off , when i turned it back on my gmail kept saying force close and so was facebook and an bunch of other programs. I had this issue once before but then flashed over the rom again and the journalingon file. why is this happening?

flash journal ON if you didnt, i see you flashed one zip but not sure which one. i use pre14 for wifi tether with no issues and make sure your backup is a ext4 backup and not a old one.

i guess ill flash to this newer rom.

How do I flash to the newer rom?

is it same process? get to bott menu wipe data/cache/dalvik cache 3 times then just flash the new rom zip?

in your case do all 3 wipes then flash and boot up then flash journal on zip.

So I did install the new rom, love the layout of it.

I am having one problem at random times my phone just turns off.

I think its in alseep mode, but why i try to wake it up it wont and I hold down the power button and the phone turns on.
I was having this issue with the previous rom as well.

Any ideas why my phone just turns off at random times?
