You would need to restore "DATA" ONLY. I don't actually do that personally but I know it works. Just remember to restore "DATA" ONLY and you should be fine. After you flash my ROM DO NOT DELETE THE DATA CACHE. Doing so will result in the deletion of some pre-installed apps.
I just got back on to say that I figured it out but you have affirmed it. THANKS!

And thanks B5Z.

Your instructions said what they meant and meant what they said. Gotta read more carefully.

Re: midNIGHT ROM DK28 (Froyo) v2.0.7 Gingerbread and Nexus in the mix

I just wanted to let everyone know that my phone has been off the charger for over 12 hours and I am still at 75% battery remaining. Granted, I haven't used it hardly at all today, but every Froyo ROM I tried before this one would eat up my battery just sitting there doing nothing. Whatever is tweaked in this ROM really conserves battery life when the screen is off. THANKS PFTMEDIC, you are THE MAN!

Re: midNIGHT ROM DK28 (Froyo) v2.0.7 Gingerbread and Nexus in the mix

I love the ROM's!!! Thank you very much!!
I do have a problem with the 2.0.7, and I had the same problem on 2.0.5. (I don't know if it was the same on 2.0.6. I didn't get a chance to try that one.) If I open the messaging app, and try to attach an audio file to send as an MMS, the messaging app FC's with a message "The application messaging(process com.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again".
Does anyone else have this issue, or do I have some other problem that's causing it?
It works fine for video and pictures, just not audio files.

Just to be sure, is this what you did to restore?:
1.) Boot into ClockWorkMod
2.) Scroll Down To: backup & restore (enter)
3.) Scroll Down To: Advanced Restore
4.) Scroll Down To: select the backup you wish to restore from
5.) Scroll Down To: Restore data
6.) Scroll Down To: Yes - Install Backup Zip File (enter)
7.) Done! Scroll Down To: ***Go Back*** (enter)
8.) reboot system now (enter)

I hope this helps. Also, when flashing to a new rom, you should Wipe Delvic as well.
I never needed to wipe delvic cache. Doing so sometimes restores the samsungs recovery utility and you have reinstall clockwork mod all over again.
