This already has the 1% battery mod

It should work, but it may change more than just the battery icon. I flashed the circle % battery mod from the Viper Store on xda and it worked fine, but it also replaced ALL the icons across the top, not just the battery icon. And since I have Timberwolf's blue glass theme installed, it was a huge change. Also, beware....if you flash it and don't like it there is no "undo" button. I recommend you make a nandroid backup right before you do it so if it screws anything up you can just go back and do a full restore of your ROM (I know because that's what I did). That's a full restore, not data restore.

These battery mods are a pain because it replaces the entire framework unless you mod the rom prior to flashing. I think that's what my problem is right now. I can't figure out what the issue it but I think it is tied to the 1% mod.

Well I have the circles battery mod in it right now... but im going to flash your 0.8 update... my fingers are crossed.

Edit: Oh wait... u didn't post the update yet...? the name of file attached still says 2.0.5

I'm reporting that
The swype restore works.. The newest swype restore didn't work as I keep getting a fc. So if you installed the newest one. Then use the old one and flash back to it until the new one us fixed... I got mid term coming up in half hour... Gtg.
