So re install the camera fix after I go from .2 to .3?
With out the re install the camera button wakes the phone again/still.
Also the "Camera Fix" is not 100% working. The camera button still wakes the phone even with the fix installed just not as often as without it.

Any idea on why the fix wasnt built into the rom?

the fix was supposed to be built into the ROM, I'll report the bug.

Evidently there are wifi issues as well so the ROM has been pulled temporarily.

Yeah Wifi is rough.
That being said battery life with this kernel is incredible.

I concur...

Mammon sends me stuff to test for him before releasing it.. I tested the camera button fix and it works like a champ.

I tested the 'call log' PITA fix too and it wouldn't install.

There are others that are experiencing wifi issues w/ the latest build so he pulled it for now to get it sorted.

His work is bad a$s.. and he's thorough.

I'll update the OP when he gets the bugs sorted.

I have to disagree, The camera button still wakes my phone occasionally.
Tried with a few roms and after a fresh stockish flash of [Stock Flash][Odin]Dk17 Extended 11/27/2010 threw Odin. Dont get me wrong it works 99% better than without the fix but I can still replicate the problem. With the fix its not really a problem like it was with out it but it still happens, mostly after just a few seconds of going into hibernation..

when it happens are you already on the lock screen when you return or not?
