Its not, i got screwed over by paypal and ebay by a seller a few years ago.

Paypal is a horrible company, more and more people are starting lawsuits against them.

SO if you dont want to do the deal thats fine, I have no other way.

whatever you guys do, just be safe and fair with each other. purchase insurance when you mail the items, get a tracking number and dont hose one another. if you feel unsafe, or feel the transaction is unfair, then dont proceed with it.
