Its not, i got screwed over by paypal and ebay by a seller a few years ago.
Paypal is a horrible company, more and more people are starting lawsuits against them.
SO if you dont want to do the deal thats fine, I have no other way.
like i said, i would give you all my personal info, name address, sprint phone number.
