what does "minimum monthly charge" mean, that thats how much it is before taxes? Also, is there a transfer charge from sprint?

Minimum monthly charge is the charge before taxes. There is no transfer charge, but it makes things a LOT easier if you already have a sprint account and a phone ready to activate onto this line. I am not able to provide you with a phone, so you'll need your own.

I though sprint wasn't allowing the pre on Sero plans, only the simple everything.

That's correct.. they're not allowing the Pre on SERO. That's why I have a line for sale My mom wanted Pre bad enough to give up her SERO plan. So, I'm offering it up for sale.

No, SERO plans are for 1 line only. You cannot share minutes between lines with a SERO plan.
