The phone is hboot 1.5 from the looks of the current software

Also I think they are great phones just Sprint is planning on rollin LTE soon from what I have heard about Sprint.
So alot of the phones have been on sale pretty cheap from Sprint tho you have to sign up for 2 years again. They are great phones tho
