FS/FT: Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop

[Specs]
Intel Pentium Dual-Core T4200 @ 2GHz
1600x900 res glossy 15.6" screen
1.3 MP webcam
2GB of RAM
Black color
Works perfect!

[The Bad]
Half working keyboard (c,v,b, don't work, Right shift, enter and backspace sometimes works easy fix though)
Battery only lasts around 30 mins
cracked plastic on a side not bad.

The laptop works perfect I've used it to edit heavy video never BSOD.
It has Windows 7 Home Premium, but can install Linux or whatever you want.
It has Adobe Photoshop CS4 installed

I'm looking for $350+Shipping or Trade for a HTC HD2, Samsung Vibrant/i9000(Unlocked) or other unlocked/T-Mobile Android phone
