Here's my TP2 - this was my replacement for my TP1 - then a month later I bought an EVO - this is therefore "new" though I did drop it once and there is a nick on one of the edges - phone didn't suffer otherwise and is essentialy in like-new condition minus the small blemish - Screen is in perfect condition thanks to a screen protector.

The phone was task29ed and flashed with MightyROM W and therefore is tether-capable both USB and WIFI - thats how I used the phone and tethered daily with it.
