im not trumping his price, im just trying to tell him the hero isn't worth alot anymore, especially since it has button wear. craigslist is his best bet for a quick sale. trust me as ive sold many phones on there, ebay will scam him.

So will the people who call from other countries after he posts his number on craigslist, but he'll track it. Plus since you state that his product is not worth more than what he's asking, it should be well worth the little bit of extras it comes with.

Hmm, I must have missed it then cause I only saw your post turning down someone's offer of $100. Anyways, does Sprint replace phones for cosmetic issues? I only thought it was for operational defects.

Lol, I'm a sales rep, so I can do things others can't. As well, on our site we use. The button peeling is a known issue and can be replaced if its determined if the customer was not abusive
