Easy man. Its a pretty open forum, I simply told the guy what I was willing to do, he PM'd me and we wasn't able to make a deal. Maybe fixxer had the same intent, I dunno.
But just wanted to point out, the forum is called "Bargain trader" which to me implies some type of bargaining. Otherwise, it probably would have been called "Classifieds"

to blazzin, id say welcome to the world of business. got burned twice now, huh? sounds like its time to cut your loss. anything over 199.99 is profit. takes what you can gets. especially now that its used!(package was opened and security tape removed) the evo isnt going up in price, especially now that the epic is just around the corner...

i actually got burned a few times due to deadbeats who had me hold it or schedule to meet on craigslist and disappear at the last minute, but i finally sold it yesterday locally to someone for my asking price.

since the phone was already opened, i rooted it which would help put the novice users at ease and the EVO is still sold out at most retailers so its all about supply and demand =)

epic is around the corner, but i'll keep my EVO any day considering the amount of development that has been going on lately for it.
