Like new, used for a week and then went back to my Palm Pre. No marks at all. Comes with 3 OEM Batteries in total and a battery adapter charger and 8GB card. $550.00. Shipped

better drop the price cause best buy has them in stock on there website wirefly and most places have them back in stock and new with warrenty for less.

people, if you don't like the price just zip it, he will either get the price he wants, not sell it, or drop it eventually supply and demand can do wonders at making sure the device gets sold for what it's worth. if your mad about the price because you wanted to buy it cheap make an offer in pm's but theres no rule on pricing so let the man do his thang! /rant off
