Turns out the friend i was getting this phone for isn't a tech savy / doesn't like windows mobile so can a mod please close this thread. off i go to get him a samsung moment lol.

Thanks no problem, I'm in no rush "yet" I have till like the 19 till then I'll start my panic search lol btw I might be able to go max 350 to 355 perhaps, I have a instinct hd to buy for my sister -.- Love the x-mas item shopping lol
