Honestly this news does nothing to sway me from abandoning WinMo, in fact I'm curious to see how it handles in the world first, because I'm not an early adopter type of guy. It's funny how everybody is all Google for Android (see what I did there?) this is how I ended up with my disdain for the Iphone.

i know for a fact as of 2hrs ago a sprint person i know had a lg wp7 cdma phone is his had in the usa that was not a prototype or emulated ect, what that means to us i have no idea but he did and i saw pictures of every part of the phone. ive posted lots of his "statements" before and he has never let me down yet.

#1 this isn't about android.

#2 it was already confirmed that the ONLY carrier right now is at&t and uk gsm.

#3 i know several sprint corporate persons and this phone is NOT coming this year.

#4 your friend is full of crap.

no multitasking

no unlocking/custom roms

not alot of development if any

lack of apps

no copy/paste

ability to shut off metro

officially launching on the worst network out there

cannot even set a wallpaper of your choice
