As good as this phone may seem, it would almost seem like a step backwards for someone who only buys phones ever 2yrs or more seeing how 4g is now taking off in headsets.
engadget's article does mention that the lightning will be "upgradeable" to LTE in the future for when ATT bothers to launch it so we could assume if they did make a CDMA version they would do that same thing or get 4G out of the gate which should be doable since it won't even be out fall anyway
