503 Errors and Search. *Updated and HELP Needed*

I am a newcomer here, so forgive me if I am out of line, but what kind of server would you need to run the site on? I come by commercial equipment from time to time and I would be more than willing to help if I could.

Editing a post and re-posting it takes up to 30 seconds to go through.

30 seconds? Damn...that's pretty quick. It's taking me at least a minute to re-post. And forget about opening the topic up after you've re-posted.

Cool...so there is no more "Your message has been posted message". Once you hit submit the posting will be made and you'll end up right back at the topic with your posting there.

Also the downloads link has been changed and refined. It loads much faster and now has a search box. Had to modify that page a bit though because it was slooooowwww.

I also took the liberty of making the forum name at the top (PPCGeeks.com) a link to get back to the main page. Let's see how the site does with these slight changes.

Wow the site is UNBEARABLY slow right now. I noticed it a bit yesterday as well but today is really bad. I've not seen an actual internal server error but have had a couple of timeouts where just the top nav area loads.
