I would def have to say yes was in Moca, Puerto Rico where all sites were going slow and yours came up the fastest when I needed it.

That's where I got the idea of the PHP cache

I already had most of those tweaks in place, just changed a handful of numbers, but the cache thing makes a huge difference.

From what I can tell.. I am running Fire Fox 3.1 Beta 2 and the site look's fine.. I will try IE 7 and see if there is any difference (besides glowing user names
