Using that link, you would not login using your PPCgeeks username and password. You would use the anonymous login. Is that what you are doing? Are you using a client like WS_FTP or Filezilla?

Actually, I used the anonymous login, and I tried going through the link using Firefox. I also added the FTP to My Network Places on my Laptop.

I tried using FileZilla, with the specified settings, but this is what I got as an error code:

i cant delete a file i didnt finish uploading, only 10mb of 50mb uploaded and i already tried using the php qlink delete tool and i click the file, then delete and it doesnt do anything, whats wrong?

you have to delete from the web ftp. that way it forces you to log in so we can track your actions.
