can the saga record video other than 3g2?

I'm having some trouble uploading videos from my saga to twitVid, blogger.com, the audio doesn't show up on twitVid and it's sped up when I post to blogger.com
Anyone know how to record in another video format other than 3g2? This is such a hassle.
