Copy and Paste

New to the saga and so far I find myself wondering how I ever got along without it, but I have been trying for a while to figure out how to copy and paste from my email and txt .... ok I can copy and paste but when highlighting the page wont scroll up so the only other way is to select all and then paste but then you have to delete the unwanted stuff and that is a lot of time. HELP PLEASE before I go insane LOL
