Re: Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on a soft reset? After you put the new rom did you first do a hard reset. If that happens and you cant turn off your phone thats huge because there is programs that will reset your phone if you install or update them. Get an origianal cfo3 rom from the verizon wireless page not use any file share site. re do that. i had a bad download and i know there is some out there. do a hard reset every time you do a custom rom. If there is still a problem get a replacement. none of these roms are that unstable. Just some programs wont work properly.

Re: Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can tell you it's not due to instability BW's ROM's or Adryn's or Bgill's or basically any chef here. Just stay calm, and you'll get the help you need here. As long as you don't pull the cord while updated, it's almost foolproof.... almost... good luck.

Re: Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow down boy. You are expressing an anxiousness that reveals that you may have flashed a little too early in your career as a WM user. It may take hours and days of reading these forums, (all of the threads) before you begin to understand what you need to know to do the upgrades. and which ROMs are right for you, etc. There are so many people here that have been successful at flashing that we can all agree that it "should" not mess up your phone. So we can also then agree, it is usually operator error. To reduce the errors, you study. You're young, take your time.

Re: Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hear you. There is not a worse feeling than that of PANIC Just a note. ppcgeeks is on my chrome tab. most every night for the last couple years have been reading posts, helping now and then. Added up, that is a lot of reading posts. Better than TV I think. When you panic, it's hard to think straight. So you just panic harder. You hardly ever hear of anyone who REALLY bricked their phone. It does happen but not as much as you would think. Most posts reveal later that the phone didn't die after all.
Breath in, breath out, breath in, breath out. wax on wax off. lol (you prob don't get that last one lol)
